Customer Service Jobs
Making money online is often a great adventure. Finding what works for you is a personal step into improving your online career. Recently I was talking with a friend online who desperately wanted to pursue customer service work. She had rewritten her customer service resume and is actively applying to new gigs.
After listening to a great deal about her life I understood one thing -
She enjoys solving problems and she loves to talk.
Her environment however makes this challenging. She could soundproof her home office, but that would only cut out part of the problem. She lives near the train in a busy apartment complex and has three children at home.
Are customer serivce jobs still an option ?
Customer Support – No longer is customers service only through voice. Live chat, email, and text support are necessary for many companies to stay competitive.
Not having a quiet background consistently during work hours is okay. There are some customer service jobs that can be done with the help of technology.
Take time to search for customers service jobs that are non phone jobs.
